Terms & Conditions:

• Parties are suitable for children aged 5 to 13 years, but we are happy to accommodate parties of other ages.
• A member of Magna staff will accompany the party for 2 hours at a pre-booked time.  Any additional time in the attraction and playground is at parental discretion.
• Parties must be booked at least 10 working days in advance. Magna has the right to refuse any bookings.
• The minimum number of children for a party is 10. If at the time of payment the party numbers have dropped below 10 the minimum charge will be for 10 children.
• All Parties must be paid for in full at least 10 working days in advance. No refunds are given for a reduction in numbers once the party payment has been received.
• Any increase in numbers must be notified and paid for at least 5 working days in advance. Any additional children or adults must be paid for on the day, though Magna cannot guarantee to cater for those additional children on the day.
• Cakes must be ordered at time of booking and paid for 10 working days in advance.
• Any special dietary requirements must be notified at least 10 working days in advance.
• Parties will not have exclusive use of facilities.
• Adults will be admitted free at a ratio of 1 for every 5 children. Additional adults will be charged at the group rate of £8.45.
• All parties must be accompanied by at least one adult for every 10 children.
• We recommend that parents collecting children wait in the foyer area where there is a shop.

If you are visiting beforehand, you must report to the Information Desk in the Red Hall.
