Annual Pass Terms and Conditions

By purchasing an annual pass you are deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions as laid out below.

 Terms and Conditions

• The annual pass membership is non-transferable from the names specified on the membership database.
• Magna Annual Passes may only be used for regular visits and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount, including group/school bookings.
• Annual Pass membership does not qualify the holder for any discount to workshops or events unless otherwise stated by Magna.
• In the event of loss or theft of your annual pass card/s you should inform Magna immediately either in person or by calling 01709 720002.
• The card holder is responsible for the safe keeping of their Magna Annual Pass.  There is a £5 charge for each replacement pass, whether due to loss or theft.
• We may disclose your personal information to a linked supplier or sub-contractor or persons acting as our agents who have agreed to keep your personal information strictly confidential.
• We may disclose your personal information to linked suppliers to the extent that they need your personal information to provide additional benefits or services to you.
• Under the Data Protection Act you are entitled to a copy of your personal data held by Magna.
