Attraction Ticket Terms and Conditions
Upon purchasing tickets to visit Magna you are agreeing to comply with these conditions.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance, or failure to comply with the reasonable requests of management.
- We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except in the case of materially altered or cancelled performance / event. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- This ticket must not be sold or resold without express written permission from Magna.
- Any complaints about a ticket holder's experience should be made to the Duty Manager where possible during the visit.
- Last admission to Magna is 1 hour before closing.
- Magna reserves the right to amend or make alteration to the published details of events at Magna as shall become necessary.
- Magna is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought into the venue, unless caused by the negligence of Magna.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Magna of any change of contact details following the purchase of tickets.
- The right of admission to Magna is reserved. No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from Magna on account of late arrival, not meeting age requirements for the event or, anti-social behaviour.
- In order to prevent fraud and to protect both parties, for eTickets , you may be asked to provide additional information on arrival at Magna so that we can verify your purchase. This could include address, name or other personal details.
