Access & Special Needs

The attraction and all its facilities are accessible to visitors who use wheelchairs. Visitors with additional needs may wish to phone in advance to discuss their requirements.

• Main directional signage is backlit.
• Toilet areas have additional signage in braille.
• Lift access to all areas of the exhibition.
• Private first aid room available for guests who need a larger space for example  adult changing facilities.
• Designated parking bays adjacent to our main entrance available for Blue Badge holders.
• Disabled toilets available in the main entrance and restaurant and on the Earth and Water levels in the main exhibition.
• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• Carers are admitted into Magna free on 1:1 basis.
