Magna Loves Summer

This summer we are celebrating everything great about Magna with our Magna loves summer campaign. Join us each week as we celebrate a different area of Magna. Week 1 of the summer holidays kicks off with the Air Pavilion and finishing in the final week with Steel, covering Fire, Water, Earth and Outdoors inbetween!

Magna Loves Air: 26th - 30th July - Come and take part in our parachute making workshops, this is your chance to launch your skills as a parachute engineer and test the success of your latest design

Magna Loves Fire: 2nd - 6th August - Take part in our Chinese fire lantern making workshops, create and design your own lantern and light up the skies as your lantern takes flight

Magna Loves Water: 9th - 13th August - Get your engines at the ready as we set sail with our motor boat making workshops. Create your own motor and race your boat against others

Magna Loves Earth: 16th - 20th August - Calling all green fingers...This week as we celebrate the Earth pavilion we are getting our hands dirty as we grow cress heads in potatoes

Magna Loves Outdoors: 23rd - 27th August - This week get your heads in a spin as you design and decorate your very own windmill.

Magna Loves Steel: 31st August - 3rd September - Steel is the heritage of Magna so come along and find out more as we offer special steel tours, the steel tour will include the Big Melt and also a trip to the foundry floor so get your hard hats at the ready. A special steel gift will be giving to each child participating on the tour.
