Love Music Hate Racism Event at Magna

1st September 2008

The Love Music Hate Racism rally is being held at Magna Science Adventure Centre on the 6th September. Magna will be open as normal, however there may be larger than normal visitors on this day due to the event.

The action packed day will open to the public with family orientated workshops, Love Music Hate Racism speeches and presentations, fair ground stalls and activities for the whole family as well as music from a number of local artists.

The free event will run from 10:00-5:00 and the evening will be a ticketed event with refreshments and entertainment from various artists including The Kaiser Chiefs, Reverend the Makers and Roll Deep. Tickets are available from www.lovemusichateracism.com.

Love Music Hate Racism uses the positive energy of the music scene to fight back against the racism being pushed by Nazi organisations like the BNP. This event brings a voice for the campaign encouraging people to fight against racism.
