Happy 9th Birthday to Magna

Magna Science Adventure Centre is celebrating its 9th Birthday today! Since opening on 12th April 2001 Magna has seen over 1.7Million visitors through the doors, hosted over 5 years of Christmas Party nights, numerous dance events and concerts and hundreds of conferences and meetings.
 

In 2007 Magna saw a £2.7 Million corporate development giving new event spaces, kitchens, a brand new restaurant and heated corridors to lead to the Big Hall. This fantastic development has enabled Magna to get to a position where we are today and offer the huge events that we can now cater for.
 

The visitor attraction has seen great changes too from the launch of the 2 outdoor play areas, through exciting events and themed days, science workshops and demonstrations and numerous temporary exhibitions.
