John Heaps wins Silver at Enjoy England Awards

John Heaps a Visitor Services Coordinator claimed the Silver award for Outstanding Customer Service at the 20^th annual Enjoy England Awards for Excellence. The awards are the highest accolade in English tourism, celebrating the very best quality and raising standards across the industry. The award ceremony took place at the National Railway Museum in York last night.

John Heaps has already claimed the regional award for Customer Service at Yorkshire's White Rose Awards for Tourism along with the Hospitality Sheffield award for Exceptional Customer Service.

John has worked at Magna for seven years and recently retired after a life in the steel industry.  John commented on winning the award "It was fantastic news to hear I had won such a prestigious award. I feel honored to have been nominated but to also claim this award gives me a real sense of achievement, winning of this award is great news for Magna too"
